“Learning to be with others”, real learning situations in Early Childhood Education at Lope de Vega

This year 2022-23 begins full of hope in the Early Childhood Stage of Lope de Vega International School. After years of training and teaching practice, the Project focuses on teaching processes that address  real learning situations.

This globalized project It focuses on the student and their current needs with proposals that are implemented simultaneously at all levels of Early Childhood Education, from ages 3 to 5. Based on the children's interests and curiosity, various environments are designed to guarantee  a much more meaningful learning.

The first focus of interest, "the family environment", has been sequenced based on the students' stage of development, with a coherent progression that is close to the reality that surrounds them. in 3 years Proposals are put forward for the development of personal identity from "Who am I?", 4 years in the Making They go one stage further through "My family", with an emphasis on bonding and fostering values ​​that will accompany them throughout their lives and in 5 years in the Making It develops through "Languages" that represent the students, starting from diversity as an enriching and representative element of the world.

Globalized learning is a pedagogical strategy that allows Establish relationships between prior and new knowledge through experience and through the different areas that promote the development of the skills necessary for life.
