Last weekend, the Lope de Vega International School Beach Tennis Team participated in the Spanish Beach Tennis Championship by Clubs held at the Gurugú beach in Castellón, being one place away from qualifying for the First Division.
This event, organised by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation, brought together 16 teams from the best clubs in Spain, so the sporting event enjoyed the highest category and level of play.
For their part, the Lope de Vega team, with an evenly matched team of ten players, was just one place away from qualifying for the First Division, so the players were very happy with their performance after having faced all the national and international champions.
