NEXT OPEN DAY MARCH 25TH, OPEN ENROLLMENT

Good experience with the Netherlands

The arrival of the Dutch students could only bring nerves and enthusiasm among the Spanish students who were collaborating in the exchange.
The main concept that attracted both Dutch and Spanish families was the opportunity it would give their children to apply and improve their English language skills, to meet new people from different cultures, and simply to visit new sites and places.

The first meeting, which took place in the auditorium, was one of the most anticipated, as there was a lot of excitement among the kids eager to meet the classmate with whom they would live for exactly one week.
Participation in the exchange only involved fun and great camaraderie, points that were developed through coexistence and all kinds of activities that were carried out, (from cultural and educational visits, to leisure time).

After a morning of intensive group work (which took place on Friday, October 7th), several presentations were given, all focusing on renewable energy. This was a topic the students had been working on for about three weeks. The presentations were given that same afternoon; a series of presentations in which several professors evaluated the work, as if it were an exam, with each group focusing on a different energy source.

But, unfortunately, all good things must come to an end, and this one inevitably brought tears to the eyes of the new friends and exchange students. It was a very emotional farewell, expressed through hugs and gestures of appreciation. The bond that now exists between the two groups of students will thankfully be rekindled next May.
