The CLope de Vega Swimming Club closes the season with a flourish And it shines again in the 2023/2024 season. In its three years of existence, the only official swimming club in Benidorm continues to accumulate successes. sports season after season.
A year full of competitions
A total of 33 swimmers make up this exceptional team that has shone in competitions held at the regional and national levels, demonstrating their talent and dedication.
A collective achievement that reaffirms the commitment to sport and comprehensive education for which Lope de Vega International School commitment since its inception.
In an exciting championship held in Elche, the team achieved an impressive total of 14 medals: 7 gold, 2 silver, and 5 bronze. This outstanding performance has led to several of our athletes being considered for elite sport.
But the success doesn't stop there. Two of our talented swimmers achieved the national qualifying standard, securing their place at the Spanish Championships held in July. This is their first time competing in this prestigious national category, marking a milestone in their sporting careers. In addition, two of our swimmers proudly represented our club at the 1st GESEVA Junior Day at the Cheste Educational Center, demonstrating their full potential.
The Lope de Vega Swimming Club also made its mark in the four trophies held in the Valencian Community, adding 18 more medals to its successes: 5 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze.
