Last Saturday, January 28th, the Lope de Vega International School inaugurated its new Social Club at an event held in the vicinity of IQL Tennis & Padel Club, its headquarters.
In the following video, Mr. Vicente Fuster, head of the school, and Pelayo Jiménez, a student at Lope de Vega and player for IQL, explain what this alliance between IQL and Lope de Vega consists of.
Opening event
At the opening event, members were able to tour IQL's facilities and learn about the benefits of membership (free of charge). There was also refreshments, games and sports activities for children, and opportunities to socialize and create memorable moments.
Membership cards
In order for members of the LDV Social Club to be able to identify themselves at IQL facilities, we have created personalized membership cards for students and families who have requested them.
Students and families who have not yet requested it but wish to do so can fill out the following form and their cards will be issued in a new batch.

Event and party celebrations
The new LDV Social Club will be a place to carry out social and sporting activities geared towards the family, outside the school environment, with a cafeteria service, parking, the possibility of celebrating birthdays and events; also on weekends… and all this in a safe environment just ten minutes from the School, in the large outdoor space that IQL has.
Collaboration agreement
The LDV Social Club is part of a broader collaboration agreement that was signed last November 7th by the President of the Lope de Vega Sports Club, Vicente Fuster, and the President of the IQL Tennis Club, Fernando Ortega.
Through this agreement, in addition to the formation of the LDV Social Club, IQL will become the new co-venue for the tournaments ITF Junior y Tennis Europe U14 among other events and tournaments, in order to have a greater number of courts available for these sporting competitions.
In addition, the College will offer a study and residence program for high-performance IQL players who choose to combine studies and sport.
