Germán Cabedo Carreras, a second-year ESO student, has been selected among the top 30 students in his grade level in the district phase of the 30th Mathematics Olympiad, held in April at the IES L'Arabí (L'Alfàs del Pi). Alberto Cabedo Carreras has also been selected as a reserve in case any of the 2 selected students are unable to attend the provincial phase.
The Provincial Phase will consist of a festive day of mathematics, with an individual and a team competition. It will take place on Saturday, May 4th, at the Reina Sofía Primary School in Petrer. In this phase, 8 finalists from each level will be selected to advance to the regional phase, which this year will be held at our school.
