En Lope de Vega International School We know that learning doesn't only happen in the classroom. Many experiences, activities, and moments, often without us realizing it, enrich our students' learning. Therefore, our school promotes initiatives that increase learning opportunities. This term's new activity is learning through taste, and Lope de Vega, in collaboration with Ausolan And our fantastic kitchen team has developed a program of monthly gastronomic events where we will travel to different countries and experience the pleasure of good food with multicultural learning.

Discovering the world through gastronomy
Lope de Vega International School will offer its students a culinary event each month. These dishes will maintain the weekly nutritional balance while offering an innovative and appealing touch for our school community.
What truly defines us as a school is our international spirit, and that's why collaboration with our families is so important in planning these events. No one knows the typical dishes and ingredients of their countries better than they do. Our head chef, Mónica, has met with several families who have shared the secrets and essence of their traditional cuisine.
Our gastronomic journey takes us to China to bring us the flavors of the East and celebrate the Chinese New Year.

The aim of these days is for our students to discover new flavors and textures, learn about new cultures and traditions, develop an open mind towards other customs and understand the importance of a varied diet.
Each month we will publish the calendar with the featured countries and the special menus that will be served in our school cafeteria.
