With the awarding of diplomas, the students of 1st and 2nd grade of TSEI (Early Childhood Education Technician) have completed the Business Mastery program, taught by trainer Diamantina Centeno
Over several sessions, the students participated in workshops that helped them get to know themselves better, learning to enhance their strengths and demonstrate a proactive attitude towards the challenges they face.through the Activate and Succeed System® have been able to improve personal, academic and professional aspects. This work methodology works by systematically teaching the objectives they want to achieve with tools used in processes of development and improvement of productivity in companies, such as Wheel of Life, SWOT Matrix, EISENHOWER Matrix and many others.
The Business Mastery program has been completed by secondary and high school students, as well as students in vocational training programs in sports, administration, and early childhood education. In total, the more than 300 students who participated agreed on its usefulness as a complement to the subjects studied in the curriculum.
