More than 220 students from Secondary, Baccalaureate and Vocational Training programs at the school have already participated in the Business Mastery Program, a innovative program that has been implemented since last year.
The Business Mastery program is an innovative training initiative offered by the Institute for Advanced Human Development (IDEHA) and designed for upper-level students. Following the positive feedback from last year's participants and the excellent recommendations they provided to their peers, the program has been expanded to include students in intermediate and advanced vocational training programs such as TCAFMN, TAFAD, and TSEI. After an intensive three-month term, the students successfully completed the program and received diplomas recognizing their participation and learning.
Through the sessions held during the first term of the course, all of them have been developing the skills and competencies necessary to discover the academic and personal aspects in which they can improve through the Activate and Succeed System®. This work methodology works by systematically teaching the objectives they want to achieve with tools used in processes of development and improvement of productivity in companies, such as Wheel of Life, SWOT Matrix, EISENHOWER Matrix and many others.
In this way, students become aware of their current situation and what resources they need to achieve their professional goals.
Through high-impact experiential training, an environment charged with positive energy, fun and meaningful is achieved; so that participants incorporate knowledge through experience to add value to their lives.
