The Lope de Vega International School will offer a course in May to become a Professional Football Coach
- The title of Higher Sports Technician in Football qualifies you to coach 1st Division teams.
- The course, for which registration is now open, will last two months and will be taught in a blended learning format.
The Higher Sports Technician in Football course (or level 3) is scheduled to begin on May 2nd. A qualification that allows those who complete it to become professional football coaches and lead teams that play in the First Division.
This qualification certifies that the student possesses the necessary skills to plan and carry out the teaching of football with a view to perfecting the technical and tactical execution of the athlete, as well as to carry out the training of athletes and teams of this sport.
This is the first course of its kind, and it will produce the first graduating class of Higher Technical Football Coaches in the region. The Lope de Vega International School is the... only center in the Marina Baixa authorized to provide this teachingThe program is structured in three levels, equivalent to intermediate and advanced vocational training cycles. Each level qualifies the student to coach higher-level teams, with level 3 being the most demanding, corresponding to an advanced degree.
To take the course, you must hold a Sports Technician in Football qualification (levels 1 and 2), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and present a document from the Football Federation certifying at least 6 months as a coach.
The classes, which are taught both in person and onlineThe courses begin on May 2nd and will end on July 7th, the month in which the exams to obtain the qualification will be held. Registration period is now open and this can be done at the College offices or through the website.
