This week, a team from the school, made up of 4 students from 4th year of ESO, the teacher Mario Gómez and the Director, Áurea González, are participating in the meeting between the countries that make up the Erasmus+ project, entitled “Youth Empowering Society: Targeting Social Inclusion”, and whose objective is to improve social inclusion in Europe.
The project also involves schools from Sweden, Italy, and the Czech Republic, strengthening their ties to address a new research topic: the increasingly critical phenomenon of immigration, framed within the project ERASMUS + .
This new research project has emerged with the firm conviction that students and teachers must now make an effort to look at and analyze differently what is happening in our society after the intense migratory movements that are taking place.
The project will culminate in the development of sustainable educational products and materials that schools will adopt as useful tools to improve the skills of students who undoubtedly aspire to become true European citizens. It will also make the results visible to the entire European educational community and the rest of the world, as one of the objectives already set in the agenda of this project, which begins this academic year and will conclude in June 2018.
