SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST – RESPONSIBLE FOR INCLUSION AND WELL-BEING

We are looking for a professional with an educational vocation, sensitivity towards emotional well-being and leadership skills to coordinate the actions of inclusion, guidance and support of students in an innovative and international educational environment.

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Lead and coordinate the center's Inclusion and Welfare Team.
• Design, promote and evaluate strategies for addressing diversity and educational inclusion.
• Coordinate the detection, evaluation and monitoring of specific educational support needs.
• Advise and support teachers in the implementation of support, inclusion and well-being measures.
• Conduct psycho-pedagogical assessments and prepare technical reports when necessary.
• Design and promote programs for emotional well-being, coexistence, prevention and socio-emotional development.
• Coordinate the relationship with families, external services and specialized professionals.
• Participate in the development, monitoring and improvement of institutional plans related to inclusion, coexistence and well-being.
• To promote a school culture based on respect, equity, participation and the integral development of students.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
• Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Psychopedagogy or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in educational environments.
• Experience in coordinating educational teams or projects.
• Solid knowledge in:
  • Psychoeducational assessment.
  • Attention to diversity and educational inclusion.
  • Learning difficulties and specific educational support needs.
  • Emotional and behavioral development in childhood and adolescence.
  • Family guidance and coordination with teaching teams.
