The voices of the desert

voices-of-the-desert

It's one of the most interesting books I've ever read. The story it tells can teach you many useful lessons for real life.
It's a highly recommended book because it talks about the importance of not complaining about what you don't have, since there are always people in worse situations. It will also show you the variety of cultures and ways of thinking that exist in the world.
The protagonist of the story experiences some very strange and complicated events, which lead her to think and reflect on the importance of the spirit and soul of things. She also learns about the existence of other cultures around the world that function in a completely different way from her own. This experience will help her in her daily life, and she will never forget it.
When you don't have all the resources you need, you must learn to achieve your goals with what you have, because you won't always have everything you want at the moment.
One of the anecdotes in this impressive book is about how an ancient Aboriginal tribe can communicate telepathically. They don't need to speak to each other to communicate. I believe they can perform this natural wonder because their minds are pure and uncontaminated by any external influence.
Without a doubt, it is one of the best books I have ever read, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about ways of life different from their own, how to make do with what they have, or how to value their resources.
